Aviva has painted on and off her entire life. Her preferred medium is watercolor because it incorporates accidents. "For someone who is overly controlling, these accidents are like gifts. Watercolor allows me a lot of freedom." Her paintings are in private collections around the country and have been featured in several New York shows.
